To receive warranty service on any product, the product must be brought in with the original invoice and tested by our technicians. If the product is deemed defective, you must fill out a RMA form for the product which will be sent to the supplier for the service. A copy of the RMA form will be given to you; please do not lose this form it is your responsibility to keep it in a secure location. Bedford Computing reserves the right to refuse to release any items left in our possession with out the proper RMA form.
